Shipping Prices
UK/Republic of Ireland - Free delivery by a recorded delivery service to all UK and Ireland addresses (this is a 2-3 day delivery service).
For next day or Saturday/Bank holiday guaranteed services please contact us.
International: Delivery prices vary per order and per country depending on the size of the box required. Please request a quote for accurate prices and express services. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.
How will my parcel be delivered?
The Season Hats delivers goods via Royal Mail for UK deliveries, and alternative courier services for Rest of the World. When your parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.
Delivery Times
UK/Ireland: 2 to 3 working days / Rest of EU and UK Islands: 5 days / International: 8 days
Delivery time for products you have selected may vary based upon (a) inventory availability, (b) your delivery address, (c) when you place an order, and (d) other circumstances impacting delivery. Accordingly The Season Hats, makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time. The risk of loss for items shipped passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.
Returns
You can return or exchange goods bought from us within 14 days from when you receive them as long as they are standard pieces bought from the site in their original condition following the simple standard returns process below. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are bespoke, made to order or customised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To return or exchange your piece please email info@theseasonhats.com stating if you would like a refund or an exchange, giving any relevant details for the return and requesting a returns number. You must send this email within 7 days of receiving your product.
- All returns must include the returns number provided written clearly on the packaging or in a note enclosed.
- All returns must be in perfect condition as supplied.
- Original tags must be in place and attached in their original positions.
- The product must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all care taken to protect the hat box and the piece for its return journey.
Within 5 working days of receipt of your return a refund for the full value of the items will be issued excluding any taxes or import duties incurred following an inspection of the piece to ensure all criteria are met. This refund will be issued to the card you originally used to make your purchase. We cannot refund you the cost of the return postage, and we recommend that you ensure the parcel is tracked and insured to an appropriate value as we cannot refund or exchange on times you have sent that we do not receive. Such lost items must be tracked and claimed for by you through your courier or postage service.
Should you have requested an exchange then we will email you on receipt of your return parcel with confirmation of dispatch of your new piece.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods with The Season Hats at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the ''seven day cooling off period''). To cancel your contract within the seven day cooling off period please notify us in writing by emailing info@theseasonhats.com or post before the expiry of the cooling off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging and tags. If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any postage charge.
Made to order or customised goods are exempt from this cancellation right.
